We’re looking for marketing-minded, student entrepreneurs who are ready to collaborate with Tinder and make sparks fly on their campus.
This Fall, a national community of hand-selected students will hit the ground running, finding innovative and meaningful ways to connect Tinder to their campus communities - all over the US.
Ignite your impact by empowering your fellow students to make new connections and explore a world of possibilities on campus through Tinder. As a Tinder U Ambassador, you have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending and relevant in college culture, and as the local voice of the brand, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas and opportunities to the table.
This role isn't just about enhancing the campus experience; it's a platform for you to fire up your career by developing your leadership, marketing, management, and content creation skills.
We will have two Tinder U Ambassadors on each campus, collaborating throughout the Fall semester. An Event Lead will spearhead student organization outreach and activation planning, while our Content Lead will generate buzz and excitement around Tinder online through captivating storytelling and partnering with local creators. Our campus duos will work in lock step kindling the Tinder flame through advocacy and delivering flawless brand experiences.
You'll serve as a passionate brand advocate, educating your fellow students about the many benefits of Tinder. Your goal is to boost Tinder's visibility on campus and help your student community understand how Tinder can level-up their college experience.
You'll be the on-the-ground connect who brings the brand to life on your campus by finding organic ways to help students make connections. We’ll work together to plug Tinder into big moments through elevated brand experiences. Flex your creativity and find ways to bring Tinder to life on your campus. We’ll provide merch, resources and even the money to make your ideas a reality.
You’ll tell the story of Tinder through your personal social media channels to show off the work you do and expand your reach online. Use your personal voice in culturally relevant videos to amplify the excitement and generate buzz around Tinder in your online community. Be the social listener and connector to the brand, capturing real-time feedback and metrics to ensure Tinder’s efforts on your campus are landing.
You know who is who and what is happening on your campus. Part of your role will be to identify the influential students and hottest moments on campus to partner with and integrate Tinder in a meaningful way. You become the key to building and amplifying brand relevance through local, down-to-earth experiences.
As the eyes and the ears on the ground, you’ll be responsible for sharing valuable insights and submitting reports regularly with feedback, results and activation content. Your feedback is valuable and the driving force behind Tinder's campus presence.
