The adidas TERREX and Five Ten Brand Experience Representative (BER) plays a critical role in expanding brand presence, driving retail success, and fostering deep connections within the outdoor community. BERs serve as the face of the brand, influencing consumer engagement, increasing product visibility, and ensuring optimal retail execution. By strategically executing grassroots events, supporting retail partners, and gathering valuable market insights, BERs contribute directly to brand growth and long-term market penetration.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

  • Brand Representation: Embody and promote TERREX values, fostering long-term brand loyalty among retail partners and consumers. 
  • Train + Educate: Lead engaging product trainings, demos, and store clinics each month to enhance associate product knowledge and consumer engagement. 
  • Build Retail Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with store managers, associates, and retail leadership to drive brand advocacy. 
  • Drive Sales: Support in-store sales efforts through side-by-side selling and back room support, reinforcing the impact of brand representation.
  • Gather Insights + Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from retail partners and consumers, reporting meaningful findings back to the brand.
  • Execute Events + Activations: Identify and execute events and grassroot opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and connect with the outdoor community.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Submit timely and accurate reports, track expenses efficiently and maintain clear communication with internal team members and the brand. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Engagement + Passion: Confidently interact with customers and the outdoor community at events, fostering brand enthusiasm and loyalty.
  • Authenticity + Expertise: Speak credibly about outdoor sports (trail running, hiking, biking, climbing + snow sports), positioning yourself as a trusted brand advocate.
  • Reliability + Independence: Execute activations with attention to detail, autonomy, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Exercise sound judgment and quick decision-making in a dynamic field environment.
  • Brand Advocacy + Innovation: Identify and pitch new opportunities for brand awareness through community engagement, events, and activations.
  • Ability to Travel + Flexibility: Travel up to 80%, including nights and weekends as needed.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • In this position, you will be an Archrival Agent, employed through the agency but representing adidas TERREX & Five Ten.
  • You will be expected to work 40 hours a week with a shifting schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • This job requires extensive travel (up to 80%) and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. There is no office for this position. When you’re not in stores, you’re in the car. When you’re not in the car, you’re in the stores, with some working from home time sprinkled in. BERs must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • You will need to feel comfortable entering retail locations and adapting to respective in-store policies.
  • Heavy lifting (30+ lbs) may be required at activations and events.
